Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the issuance and use of Promotional Onboard Credit (OBC) for new cruise bookings made onboard a Disney Cruise Line ship and handled exclusively by The Charming Travel Co. Valid only for new bookings from November 13, 2025 to December 1, 2025.
1. Eligibility & Booking Requirements
Offer Validity: This offer is valid for new cruise bookings only made by advisors with The Charming Travel Co.
Travel Agency Requirement: All bookings made under this promotional offer must be transferred to and maintained with The Charming Travel Co. as the designated travel agency. No credit will be applied or honored if the booking is transferred to another agency or booked directly with Disney Cruise Line (DCL).
Stateroom & Sailing Eligibility: This offer is valid for all stateroom categories (Inside, Oceanview, Verandah, and Concierge) and all published Disney Cruise Line itineraries and sail dates.
Deposit: The booking requires the payment of the standard prevailing DCL deposit amount at the time of booking. This offer does not include a reduced deposit.
2. Promotional Onboard Credit (OBC) DetailsThe value of the Promotional Onboard Credit is determined by the final total cost of the cruise fare (excluding Port Adventures, airfare, transfers, and pre/post-cruise hotel stays) at the time of final payment. The credit is tiered as follows:

Application: The Onboard Credit will be applied to the guest’s stateroom account upon embarkation of the future cruise.
Usage: The OBC is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. Any unused credit will be forfeited at the end of the cruise.
3. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation: If the guest cancels the future cruise booking for any reason, the entire Promotional Onboard Credit will be immediately forfeited.
Modification: If the guest modifies the booking (e.g., changes the cruise date, ship, or stateroom category) after the initial deposit, the promotional OBC will be recalculated based on the new, final cruise fare value at the time of modification, according to the table in Section 2.
If the price increases, the credit may increase up to the maximum $200.00 value.
If the price decreases, the credit will decrease accordingly.
Forfeiture: Any modification that results in a lower credit value or a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the original credit amount.
4. General Terms
The Promotional Onboard Credit is provided exclusively by The Charming Travel Co. and is separate from any offers or credits provided by Disney Cruise Line.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers from The Charming Travel Co.
The Charming Travel Co. reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
